Listen to this statement, which is complete nonsense, entirely incorrect and deliberately misleading. Because the squash courts are in an entirely separate part of the building downstairs and their operation has never needed a licence to sell alcohol. The tenants actually returned them to the Commissioners, and without keeping the club going they continued to operate the licensed premises upstairs! (more…)
